Eivar Moya

Eivar Moya, a Colombian contemporary artist, was born in Valledupar in 1970. From a young age, he was drawn to drawing, and his fascination with painting led him to pursue formal education at the Barranquilla School of Fine Arts. During his studies at the School of Fine Arts and the Universidad del Atlántico in Barranquilla, from 1987 to 1991, he discovered the historical significance of the nude and drawing in Renaissance art. As a Master of Fine Arts, Eivar Moya's paintings reflect the emotions and experiences of human beings. His virtuosity in drawing is evident through the intricate and captivating lines that magnetize bodies and create captivating atmospheres. His works are filled with symbolic elements, revealing his personal world and creative magic. Eivar Moya's critical eye allows him to masterfully compose extraordinary works, capturing the dialogue between bodies and the dynamism of their silences.
